Villas work best when the property solves a real group need—space, privacy or shared living—not simply because “villa” sounds more exclusive.
Check location carefully
A villa described as near Oia or Fira may still require a vehicle. Use the exact map position and road access, not the marketing area name.
Pools and views
Private pool, plunge pool and hot tub are not interchangeable. Confirm dimensions, heating policy and privacy if these are core booking criteria.
